Turbo Toys stands behind our parts. If an item is found to be defective within 7 days from the time received we will ship a replacement to you upon receipt of the defective part. If we do not have stock available to issue a replacement for your part we will issue a refund when the defective part is returned. Please make sure you are ordering the correct part for your application.

Our warranty DOES NOT cover the following:

- Parts that are in working order that were ordered by mistake, or do not work for your application but are in working order.
- Any defects already disclosed in the listing.
- Any labor costs.
- Any scratches, blemishes, orother normal ware attributed to used partsthat do not affect the performance of the part.

Parts returned in working order will be issued a 20% restocking fee. Refunded returns will be refunded the purchase price less S&H and restocking fee's if applicable. Our goal is to give our customers the best used parts available at the time of sale the first time to avoid any returns or refunds. Whenever possible we test our parts prior to shipping.
