Determining Correct Bolt Pattern

A Note on Printing this Template: In order to print to the correct dimensions, you must

ensure that the "Page Scaling" Option in the print dialog box is set to "None"

PDF Bolt Pattern Template

To use this Template.
Cut out center of template, and place over hub. Line up bolts with the black "bolt circles".
Best fit will be your bolt pattern. For example, a 5 bolt hub that lines up with the 5 1/2" "bolt
circles" will be a 5 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern.
